What to do with Turnips?

Thanks y'all!! that is great info. Next year I'll be asking about okra. I started buying seeds for next year. Every year when seeds start going on sale, I get as many of the $0.10 packs as I can and stash them away until late winter then start planting in starter pots. This year with all the rain we got my garden is growing so well that it is hard to walk between some of the rows.
