A huge salad, with several types of lettuce, rhubarb chard, snap peas, green onions and spinach. Also steamed up some guy lan, asparagus, and bok choy, served with a drizzle of oyster sauce.
The chinese veggies are starting to bolt, as they do at this time of year, so it looks like they will be on the table most every night.
It must be nice for you southerners to have peppers, and cukes already to eat... I'm envious. I do have my first ripe tomato though! Yoohoo..
