Little secret, 10 years ago, Riley Creek sold Oregon blueberries. Maybe yet?

Oh, I'm sure he must get a lot in from other sources, as his own place is probably not big enough to produce nursery stock as well as growing his own for his you-pick business.
Probably the ones we bought at the nursery were overstock he ordered in.

The folks I bought mine from said they went to Oregon for them...?

Yes, we blend horseradish with beets, mayo, ketchup or eat it straight.

So, the beets are part of the sauce! I know very little about relishes, chow chows, chutneys, piccalillis ... I bet there are more ;).

I wonder how my white beets would have been in that combination.

Give it a try. The beets sweeten up the horseradish and tame some of pungicy.
