UV resistant matters more at higher altitudes. Sun rot happens FAST at 6000 ft.

UV resistant "only" matters in terms of lifespan of the material... it does not affect the plants (for a given % light transmission -- obviously different materials do have somewhat different % transmission, but that is not related to UV protxn)

thank you that helps. since I live in KS I dont think the altitude will be a factor so it looks like Ill probably go with the regular 6mil plastic! Thank you all so much this is VERY helpful.
