It is not a stringent regime of "no's". If nothing else try to stop eating wheat. Don't say but I love bread! You will feel better, have more energy, lose the bloat, and the weight. I eat rice pasta that I buy online. Some brands are not- good. I get mine from soap.com. I also eat only spelt bread which you can make really fast and easy or buy in a health food store.
