So my SIL lives on a piece of land that used to be part of an orchard. One that was planted by a San Diego Univ. Not sure which one. Anyways she has two of the most productive White Sapote trees on her property. She is always telling me I can pick as many as I like because her family won't touch them.
Any suggestions on using them? I did a google search and they say best used fresh. I was hoping for some way to preserve the bounty.
