I understand the feeling of wanting to flee from civilization. It is very tantalizing thought. I just do not want to leave this earth knowing I left others behind in such chaos when I could have done something, anything. to help, save, feed, shelter, share and pray our way to a better and safer world. I at least owe that to those I leave behind. :/Ariel301 said:I'm actually working on buying one lol...there's a ranch not far from me that was built for Y2K, it's got solar panels/batteries, a well, barns/outbuildings/pens/pastures, gardens...the lady who owns it is selling super cheap. I just have to get the money together! Then I will have pastured chickens/geese/turkeys, LaMancha, Nubian, and Boer goats, dairy sheep, and vegetables and fruit. There will be room for 3 or 4 families, it is almost 50 acres!sparkles2307 said:all the more reason to have a commune in the mountains
