I had the SAME issue this year. They all rotted from the inside, and out of the 20 I had that were storage size this year, I lost most of them. :(

I did have plenty of garlic though :D

Next year, I will have to do more carrots and more cabbage for sure. ;)

I wish I hadn't planted my corn so close together by mistake. Guess we will be eating canned corn this year.:( Next year I will plant more beets and more classica tomatoes.
