being a traditional new years chinese soup and all of us are spreading a bug sounded really good tonight
mainly the chicken broth... decided to fry up some to, between the broth and fried some up as well. boy that made the throats happy...

we all agree to follow the recipe exactly once the wontons are done fry them and then put them with the broth. and needs more green onions.
either way sure makes a good soup...

forgot to mention ,if you have no sherry you can use either sake or a dry white wine with a little miso sauce...

to fry them.after boiling them in a frying pan add some olive oil, couple drops of sesame oil,1/4 tsp of miso, fry on all sides either add to the broth or eat separately.

it's a great soup either as a starter or when you're not feeling chipper quick and easy.
