Do you have an Ocean State Job Lot in your area? They have their Burpee racks out, at 40% off. OSJL is in MA, CT, and RI but I don't know if you have them in NH.

They also have amazing deals on gardening tools. I'll have to go see if they have any seeds at our store

awesome. I made the mistake of telling one of the gardener guys at work about Lowes clearance and now every payday friday we have to race each other to get there.

Though my find was orginally last year... I found myself 'negotiating' 10% my purchase at HD the other day. Literally, I bought a bunch of jiffy pots, starter soil, 2 packs of seeds (poppies) and some stepping stones to redo a project.... then I asked for the discount, and they looked at me weird... and said OK!
