MontyJ, you should do a - "far northern panhandle" after the WV! My garden looks just about the same . . . except, you could really use some rocks .
The potato plants are up. Only the volunteer beans have emerged but the others will be along soon. This will likely be the warmest day of 2013 at 86f. Most of the corn is barely visible.
To give you an idea of on rainfall. A little city about 2 hours out into the central WA basin had a record the other day: .27 inches. LOL Hey, it isn't even the driest place in WA state. I know we are still short of normal but a little rain helps.
