It would be hard in my containers, but what the heck I would give it a try. My dad worked a team for many years, and almost always had fond things to say. Sometimes he just had things to say that I can't about ole Jack.

I say go for it hook line and plow.

Don hey maybe next week we will only be it the upper 90's

I'm assuming she's doing just that Ridgerunner, I haven't seen her with a disc or shovels but I wouldn't put it past her to have those sitting in her garage just waiting to be put to use. Its a fairly common site to see her driving her team up and down the road be with a wheeled wagon, or dragging a sled on her property its always something. I helped her pick up the plow and then drop it off at a guy with a shop to refurbish the plow and on the way back is when we had the conversation about gardening. She was a stay at home mom and now that the kids are out of the house (one's graduated college the other is in her 2nd year of college) she's got a lot of time on her hands. She always had them working but since the kids are out she's taking her extra time and putting it into the horses and it shows because they look fantastic.

It was something I was curious about because as horse people I know we have a warped sense of reality and while our animals are a priority to us, they may not be to others so I was curious what the general feel was for something that was a little different.

I would absolutely have her and her team come and work at my house. What an amazing thing for younger people to be able to watch! And...for those of us who know people used to "have" to do it this way, it would still be amazing to watch the natural abilities of the origianl "horsepower". I wish she lived in Maine! :D
