Get a good dehydrator and you'll find it's not a hard thing to do! I bought one last year from Sears and LOVE it! It is a NESCO and doesn't take very much time. I don't like tommie toes either, my pheasants do, hehehe. But I am gonna learn to dehydrate them to keep longer, and in like yogurt and cakes and cookies, my nieces like them.
