Yeah.....Broccoli!

I always have trouble with broccoli. Can't keep little tiny green worms from eating it to death (I have tried broccoli two years in a row with the same results...none ) Anyone have ideas of how to keep this from happening again?

In the UK vegetable growers cover their brassicas with very fine plastic netting row covers to keep the butterflies from laying their eggs. These usually stay over the plants into the winter as it also protects them against the pigeons pecking the leaves & buds.
