I love that wire enclosure idea but it seems a little low to me. Do you know if she had them made or buys them?

I have seen those panels used horizontally to effectively hold tomato plants off the ground. However, I didn't see how well harvesting went for the gardener.
I use netting, set up about the same way. You can buy it. Even in my commercial greenhouse work, we "built" it ourselves with wire and string. I just use baling twine in my garden.
Baling twine netting and 1 by 2 posts are adequate for nearly all flowering plants. Not tomatoes!
