Cane whats more comfortable bed or recliner ?

Both about the same really. Too long in the recliner, my knees hurt. Too long in bed, my back does.

Check it out, Cane, if the dizzines continues. There is a form of vertigo called "positional veritgo" caused by a build up of crystal (something) in the ears.

There are several on line suggestions to break up the crystals through head movements and if the condition persists there are things a doctor can do. I've had positional vertigo several times although not often.

Get some Vicks vaporub and keep applying it under your nose. It will keep you from being congested, but that's what people who work in morgues do to tolerate the smells.

I can now report that the smell is almost gone!! Only a brief whiff when I open the door to the laundry porch...making me think it sprayed under there.

Cane, google Epley maneuver. I do it several times when I get Positional Vertigo. It helps to dislodge calcium crystals that form and are bouncing around hitting the nerves. I get vertigo about once a year and it's not a good thing.
