Check it out, Cane, if the dizzines continues. There is a form of vertigo called "positional veritgo" caused by a build up of crystal (something) in the ears.

There are several on line suggestions to break up the crystals through head movements and if the condition persists there are things a doctor can do. I've had positional vertigo several times although not often.

Cane, google Epley maneuver. I do it several times when I get Positional Vertigo. It helps to dislodge calcium crystals that form and are bouncing around hitting the nerves. I get vertigo about once a year and it's not a good thing.
