Steve, I suggested doing squats from sitting on a chair and standing because of your age and mobility issues. But you have me thinking! Maybe you can do more than what I thought. You can try doing squats holding onto a pole or something. The goal is to go down as far as you can. By the way I'm not suggesting you get into pole dancing. ;)

I might be okay with the pole dancing. Ya know, I'm making a fool outta myself daily prancing around the house when there's bad outdoor weather - as long as Tramp, the neighbor's dog, doesn't see me and freak out.

Schedule is important, I've learned ;). Yes, I have to do the "squats" first or I delay them. The 2 minute breaks are even a problem. I wander off, forget to come back ... once dozed off in the chair ...

Let's see. Where could I set up that pole ...
