Exactly my problemit is harder to take when you're older, but also, if you have some extra weight on that also doesn't help acclimate to heat and humidity. your body has a harder time cooling off.

I’ve been trying to lose a few pounds…… we all know how that goes! I always have a snack after supper, have switched that for a cup of oolong tea. Have cut down on carbs too. 3 mornings in a row I weighed 139.6 pounds, down from 142 pounds. This morning I am at 138.6 !!! My goal is 135.

150!!! That is my goal weight. Meaning I have A LOT of weight to loseThis is my old age middle age weight. Most of my life I struggled to gain weight, weighed 120 pounds and truly was skinny. I was getting uncomfortably close to 150 pounds.
