yesterday was pretty nice here, but today is rain which has turned to snow for a bit. it isn't supposed to be that much and it should be warm enough to melt it all.

Rain. Days of rain. I wish the Lord would send some of it in the summer, instead of months at a time, then nothing for months...

This year, since I have saved so many distilled water jugs, I intend to punch holes with a fork on the bottoms, save the lids, tie to stakes by my tomatoes and peppers, etc., and practice very slow drip irrigation.
I have 5 slow drip hoses, but they take more water than I like.
Just a thought, since you say that you "drought out" every year.
