I was watching this video yesterday morning and thought I would like to try canning her beef stroganoff. Then in the afternoon when I was doing my regular weekly grocery shopping I found rump roast on mark down! (They also had onions on sale 3# for $1!) So today is canning day. 😊

Did you plant garlic bulbs or seeds? I’m picturing you slicing sprouts up like green onions or chives, but maybe I’m wrong and you got bulbs to use?
