Awe, Thank You! Have been just dealing with the day to day life haha Haven't had much time to get on here, now that it's "Winter" (not here really) haha, I will have more time hopefully! I miss seeing everyone's gardens & talking to everyone!

Thank you! Yes it was very fast, areas in Baton Rouge are still dealing with rising water, lots of people still stuck waiting to be rescued. It really is heartbreaking. After this I defenitely hope we don't have any hurricanes to deal with. It's so unreal.

I am ok, this is happening just north of us! It is completely heartbreaking, many friends are affected! We are very lucky down here south of all of this. We are completely surrounded by water, but we don't have a river right near us, that is what has saved us from this horrible disaster...

Let's just say completely miserable outside! Ugh

I've never seen a magnolia tree with purple flowers, that is really pretty! Don't know what the "name". Of mine is, but I love it & it's HUGE! It does make a mess in the yard too!

Miserable out already!

I haven't been on in awhile bc it's been too damn hot out to really do any yard/garden work! Yesterday afternoon I made myself get out in the garden to weed because it was looking pretty pitiful, weeds were taking over! It was still searing out but I sweated my way through it! Plants are doing...

So I just have to do an update on the basket I made for my daughter! Of course she was happy with the fresh ingredients I gave her, she couldn't wait to use them! So she sent me pics of what happened to the contents of the basket!
