Got this cabinet from a neighbor who needed more space in their kitchen for $100, was a dark brown wood. I painted it only because it wouldn't have looked right with my dining room remodel. I know a lot of people would never paint an old wood piece, but I had confidence that it would turn out...

Thanks @baymule, as I'm sure you know that's an often occurrence here! Just one of the many things Mother Nature gives us down here! Yep, rainy days are good to get errands done! It's raining again so I can't be out again, ugh why do I like yard work more than housework? Hahahahaha

Yeah I would end up being one of those road rage people if I had to drive in a city, not a lot of traffic here, except when schools are letting out or a bridge is closed for boat traffic to pass....

I agree with @digitS'.... A good hat does wonders.. Although I am partial to hats....I probably have close to 100... Sun hats, baseball caps, dressy hats, winter hats...so many hats!

@digitS' It passed pretty quickly, so that was good! It looked like a constant strobe light was on, there was so much lightning! All good though Lots of branches in the yard to pick up.. A couple big flower pots knocked over Everything in garden looks good though!!! It's a humid day @ 89...

Yep, that thick red line is getting closer! Lots of thunder & lightning & wind! Ugh 24mph, I don't like doing yard work if it's too windy, but I guess sometimes you have to. And for you at that temp with that much wind definitely must've been a little chilly! Keeping my fingers crossed that...
