I always chunk worms that I find around the yard into the garden!! I'm planning on expanding for next year so all the worms I find go in that area to help! It's good to know I'm not the only crazy one doing that! :D

It's been raining for a week straight with no end in sight. The only time I have seen the sun was for 3 minutes on Saturday. I hate to complain, (we need it) but my gosh I miss the sun! :idunno

I'm hesitant to thin them because they are very big. but that may be an even better reason to thin them... I guess if this is the worst problem I'm having... :rolleyes:

I planted some sunflowers around my cukes so they can grow up them. I think I planted them too thick and am worried about the cukes getting enough sun. I was thinking I would just thin the leaves off the sunflowers to allow more light to get by. What are y'alls thoughts?

A master gardener told me dryed molasses will get rid of them. You should be able to get it at a feed store. I haven't tryed it yet, but I need to.
