Maybe a dumb worm question

i was just wondering if others throw the worms they find around the yard into the garden area or compost?
i kinda feel like i need all the worm help i can get so i just help them find the compost pile .. dumb?
on the list of to-do's: worm box (for added assistance!)
thanks for your input ..

After a good rain, I go on a worm "hunt". Those that my ducks don't eat I put into the garden! Especially the ones I find on the concrete. I figure it gives them a new life.

I always chunk worms that I find around the yard into the garden!! I'm planning on expanding for next year so all the worms I find go in that area to help! It's good to know I'm not the only crazy one doing that! :D

I throw them in the compost. Of course if I am headed out of the garden when I spot one, they are chicken food! :lol:
