What does the truck need? How much, where is it? :hide
It needs to be restored.
It's all there and all original, down to the 5th hub cap on the spare tire.
There is some rust but not bad for a 35 yr old truck.
$4500.00
Located 30 miles west of St. Louis, MO.
I also have a 1940 Ford Fire Truck for sale, about the same shape, except it has a newer engine, still a Ford engine but overhead valves from the mid 50's.
$4000.00

I never said they were for sale, I just answered your question.
I will sell them, but never on e bay,too much trouble with tire kickers.
I have used e bay in the past but I think a lot of people that answer ads on there are just lonely.

I know the difference between CL and e bay.
I post a bunch of stuff on CL all the time and pretty much wear "my big boy pants" so I can catch a scam, and so far it's worked.
If some one wants something shipped they have to send me a Postal money order or they don't get smit.
Umm...you DID say the truck was for sale.

Mary

You're correct, it's for sale, but not advertised.
So if anyone asks I give them the price.
I have several antique cars and truck, they're kinda like my retirement account, I only withdraw (sell) when I need to buy something else, or when someone asks about something they might want.
