Congratulations!

We had so many issues when we bought our house 5 years ago too. They said 20% down when we filled out the loan documents but 2 days before closing they said its 40% down . It was so stressful but we thankfully were selling our than current house so we were able to make the down payment. I have made a vow never to deal with that bank again but I have a feeling all banks are equally bad.

@Cosmo spring garden That sucks! My biggest issues were with the loan processor. Although, I'm going to end up with 2 mortgages both 20% down. Right now, no one is doing single close construction loans for acreage.
