A lot of ?? In this garden

I am a new gardener when it comes to flowers. We moved to a home with an extensive flower garden and I have no idea what is what. I’d love some help identifying some of these! I’d really like to move some of the ones to the left of the big arch as I’d rather have a vegetable garden there but I’d hate to accidentally kill the plants.

Sorry if this is picture overload! All winter I’ve been wondering what is what and I just can hardly wait to find out anymore! I know everything is mostly just stick right now, but hopefully the pictures are helpful

#9 looks like prairie coneflower
#6 looks like Rhododendron
