Most people would slide under the table after consuming 1 cordial glass of my mother's home made secret mutigenerational passed down recipe of Krupnikas. It is served only at very special family gatherings . I don't know what proof it is , but it is VERY STRONG ( and I mean STRONG but without that burning feeling) and goes down smooth with a VERY WARM pleasant afterglow feeling going down. At my then fiance's and mine first family dinner hosted by my mother, my future wife had 2 drinks without sliding under the table. After 1 drink, a majority of people would be quite intoxicated. After 2. most of the rest would be down and out. My dad and I can drink 4, my mom 3 . ... so she passed ONE of my mother's tests of approval to join our family as my mother as well as my grandmother didn't approve of people not being able to hold their liquor in our family.
