This is from someone I trust who got great results from it. Going to try, one food that really does me in is tomato gravy. I grew up on it and have a very hard time not eating it.

All I can tell you is it takes all day my mother would make on Sundays. Italians never call it sauce always gravy

My wife was known to use the broccoli spoon. Just lightly tapping one of the boys with a serving spoon dirty with broccoli kept him in line for days at the table. He ate broccoli but he sure didn't want that in his hair.
