This is what I found back in 2013. A 24 oz cup with straw and lid.
Cool Gear Chiller, at the local walmart. I can keep track of how much I drink now, by how many time I fill it up during the day. The taste of the water gets better as you drink more of it.
I started out with flavored water..but just using ice water with the well water works good for me now.

I have 2 of these - almost identical to yours. 1 at work, 1 at home, and i'm drinking much more water as a result. So much safer than a pint glass, no condensation so I can set it down anywhere, and it doesn't make my hands cold (i hate that!).

They are great for keeping track of amount drank. And I can use them while driving. I bought one....broke the lid. So I was able to find some more..and bought 3 replacements. Drinking enough water daily is going to be my plan for the rest of my life.

Me neither. I used to drink lemon water.....then switched to the iced tea. I never drank sodas much at all...nor any other flavored drinks.
When we lived in Cuba..to fight the heat...I made gallons and gallons of mint iced tea. It was expensive down there,..but soooo delicious! Think..Wrigley's Spearmint flavor.

I would have loved to visit the Cuban side. As it was, being a US military dependent...we were all restricted to the US Navy Base Guantanamo Bay.

Interesting note on the water there; If you remember your history, Cuba cut off the base water supply back in the early 60's (?). We got our water from the base desalination plant. It wasn't the best tasting water, which was why I made the mint tea. Also, due to the remote location, we couldn't get fresh milk. It had to be made on base..and was labeled "filled milk".
