Blue Vervain (Verbena Hastata)

Is anyone growing Vervain? I would like to try it for sleep. My doctor (not your doctor) said he's not against me giving it a try.

It looks very familiar, I'm pretty sure I have some growing wild on the natural overgrowth spillway side of the pond. I need to positively ID it though.

I don't grow vervain, but it grows (wild) on my property. Never used it medicinally though.

Very nice and looks exactly like what's growing wild here. I need to study this plant to get a positive ID of ours, before I give it a try. Positive identification of plants is my big learning curve.
