Red Hots and Good N Plenties were my favorites and I still buy both. Cinnamon and licorice can't be beat. (Dots on paper makes me laugh recalling how the same model was used for LSD back in the hippie era.)

Candies still loved that I no longer dare eat for fear of destroying thousands of dollars worth of dental work are Rock Candy and Atomic Fireballs.

Halloween Candy I'm stuck with are too many bags of Twix and Mounds. I dislike chocolate, but at least Twix has caramel and Mounds contain coconut, both of which I love. I vowed last year to buy only 2 bags of candy this year, then promptly forgot that resolution this year. I did buy a few cheap pocket-sized stuff toys, and next year will get more. Those can be offered the following year if they're not taken.

Ok, now that we've discussed candy from the past, what is your most hated candy or dessert? I will start out with marzipan. Chocolate covered marzipan is probably my worst.

I LOVE marzipan, but chocolate covered marzipan, not so much. I don't like chocolate much in the first place, but what I really detest is chocolate in places where it doesn't belong, such as in chocolate milk, or cherry ice cream or mint ice cream contaminated with chocolate chips.

I guess chocolate deserts and candies head my list. I don't altogether hate them, but a little chocolate goes a long way with me. Less is more.

Oh, also I don't care for peanuts or peanut butter. I'll eat peanut butter on saltine crackers if I'm really hungry, but don't want to risk setting off an IBD attack by eating more.

Nobody E.V.E.R. really likes candy corn :sick

says you! :) i like it, but prefer caramel corn (the soft chewy kind that Mom makes, not that hard candy coated stuff that is dry like, well, popcorn...)

the dots on paper had a certain smell which now comes to me via the purple irises we grow. i ate miles of those paper tapes.

I like a few pieces of candy corn around Halloween. I like to bite off the sections on the candy corn - first the yellow tip, then the orange middle, at last the bottom yellow - yum!
