Gid Moaning.

Up again with Garbanzo at 1:45. This time, I was able to fall back asleep for a 45 minute nap in the Lazyboy. She wanted outside. But, just for a minute - then, she wanted to finish last night's dinner, then she wanted her water bowl filled. Demands Demand - with that inquiring stare like "I know you are a rat but, maybe, you want to mend your ways!"

I think that this dog sitting for a few days or a week at a time just keeps her from developing a routine that recognizes an 8 hours indoors and asleep!

I've been reading about "green nitrogen" for fertilizer use, energy transport and more. What a concept but with the development of electric processes involving air and water, it looks like a way to clean up our air :). I'll put a link to the article HERE but also suggest that you check out Wikipedia on the process of ammonia manufacturing. Could be quite a game changer for humanity.

I did take a nap. I’m usually wiped out after PT. I asked her to work me hard and she does. It looks like simple exercises but in practice, it is hard. I’m tired and sore. Those muscles, ligaments and tendons have been drawn up for years as I limped around. They won’t resolve themselves, it will take some time and lots of hard work to get myself operational at the level I want to be at.

I really wish coffee worked for me after about noon; if I have more, I just get jittery. I am dragging after a day of physical activity (I went to contract worker position at my current job before my new one starts to complete home projects).

My husband and I are building a pole barn/garage and plan to build a house, hopefully starting next year. This year has been nuts, and it is almost all together. Our structure is not a pole barn, but it is the closest term for it. I may post a picture when it is done. It already looks amazing.

I spent the day trying to yank out the wood from the form we put down for the pole barn slab. I am tired, and the wood isn't coming out very easily because of the way we had to put it down. Very long story, and the pictures later can tell the tale.

Maybe a hot cocoa will keep me going to do my tax class final of a tax return. Or a glass of wine. 🤔

Good Morning.

Breakfast is oatmeal with honey, raisins, chopped apple. Reverse the order when heating in the microwave with apples and raisins started first. Splashed on the almond milk ... yeah, I know that some people might sprinkle with cinnamon. ;) Too early for spicing up the day for me.

Freezing out but still not as cold as WS predicted. We will see where things go over this weekend storm that is getting so much media attention. Snow/Rain, Snow/Rain , I hope people treat driving in it properly. Wind! Some very cold temperatures to finish things off - don't allow it to be your car or life and limb.

i always prefer to spend the first snowstorm of the season looking out the window at it and not at all driving in it.
