I'm back (with some desserts I made this week)! The autumn raspberries and pink blueberries from my garden are also used on different products. Those are blueberry and strawberry mini-cheese cakes.

When do you start seeing pumpkin pie, around Halloween?
I would love a slice of your almond tart! 😍

Coffee is ready! @Phaedra i make pumpkin pie all year around. My granddaughters love it and I let them have pie for breakfast. LOL I did the same with my kids. My youngest just turned 8, and instead of cake, she wanted me to make pumpkin pie, so I made 2.
Pumpkin pie is nutritious. It has eggs, and pumpkin & winter squash is packed with vitamins and enzymes.

Those mini strawberry cheesecakes look wonderful! Phaedra, you are an culinary artist supreme! Glad your cafe is doing well, but not surprised that it is.

This downsizing, with no distant garden in '24, is tuff.

Liking 2 kabocha squash, we have both in the backyard garden. There is no doubt that we will be buying Winter squash this year.

They are best with some aging so late November is okay. BTW, if'n you have lots of room and lots of squash, try one off the vine and before frost. BUT, not for pie! The mild flavor comes thru fine with only some butter on the baked squash :). Christmas pumpkin pie should be traditional.

Pumpkin pie is probably a lot healthier than a lot of boxed breakfast cereals! 🤣
