Mom made chocolate cakes yesterday with chocolate frosting, so of course i had to have some bites of it. i was zooming the rest of the day...

Yesterday, again a customer just walked in and asked, if I have anything savory for lunch. Thankfully, I have the sausage rolls and also the toast. She got two sausage rolls and one piece of cake.

Last night we have some oven-roasted chicken, so I made the chicken rolls and let the dough finish final rise in the fridge overnight.

And I designed cute price tags for my products in the cafe.
This one would cover most of the savory treats.

Today's Cake Rolls: Strawberry and Cacao

Also some black tea jelly with canned peach, fresh peach, and whipped cream. They look lovely.

I like the moment picking and cutting fruits (for decorating the cakes) very much.

DD's and DH got home last Tuesday from South Dakota and brought me this very nice coffee mug.

One of today’s cake rolls is made with Taiwanese Oolong Tea, filled with crème Chantilly, fresh kiwi, and plums from Chōya Umeshu.

The color and the texture are both good

Another option is the peach roll, made with peaches and grapes, offering a refreshing and fruity taste. All NichiNichi cake rolls are made with a very light sweetness but a lot of love.

I tried to "make" some flowers on the surface of the cake, haha, just playing around.

I love this small but quiet corner.
