Still haven't pick out color, never had this much trouble be for. Did buy dental crown molding that I am doing a faux gilding to. Also had nephew and his friend change closet doors, found great doors with leaded and frosted glass in antique shop. I was trying to help them, when I was asked to get a bottle of water, I returned to a locked door. Did the fools realy think I willn't have a key to my own bedroom !

Sorry @Nyboy that made me LOL. Not too subtle on their part! I assume the doors are on now. (And all is well) ;) *Dental Crown* jumped out at me and I thought you had Dental work done so you had not had time to pick paint sample out. o_O Can I assume the crown moulding is Gold gilded? I am still leaning towards a gold (mustard) or Willow Green.

I have observed enough "older" men watching workers put in furnaces, work on carburetors, clean a fish, whatever....and have seen the workers exhibit extreme patience as they get their work interrupted, answer redundant questions, and have to work around the audience.....I can empathize with your nephew and friend. It's been kind of a running joke in our house, but now my DH is one of the old men standing around watching. :\
Oh, nyboy, not saying you are old, but the parallel was strong.

I'm kind of like the Golden Gate Bridge--by the time I finish painting the last wall of a room I'm ready to start over again with a new color.

Hope you'll post photos of the new furniture and progress in the room, I missed seeing the listing while it was still up.

Are you talking about me?????

So! Why don't you ask your nephew and friends to do something like this ? Optical Illusions

As you thumb through those photos ... I like the girl with the butterfly wings flying past the building! Yeah, get 'em to paint that on your walls.

Steve :)

Posting here to bring it back up! I wanna see the furniture in the room with new paint. Maybe a look at those closet doors, too!
