Well here's a way to start the day got to work my 2 brother temps showed up, 2 other temps showed up. Put everyone to work. Had to run to lowes, back in 30 mins drove into the parking lot at work and saw that one of the temps cars was turned around and the trunk opened walked into the building and noticed a roll of 6/0 wire at the door.
Asked why it was there the temp said there were moving to sweep up that area....red flag!!!!!!
I put it back in the pile, after lunch went to get the paint for tomorrow got back both of the new temps gone, unloaded the paint and walked around found more 12ga wire hidden in a bathroom.....red flag
Walk more found 3 doors unlocked...red flag
Not like I don't walk the building checking doors at the end of the day.....
If he shows up tomorrow he will have his walking papers waiting.....I hate a thief
Moral of the story; DON'T LEAVE THE BUILDING!

Did you get the temp from an agency? I used to work for a staffing company and complaints like that could lead to his dismissal.

OMG....... finished installing conduit and ran the wire for half the buildings new led highbay lighting, i never payed much attention to the incoming wiring except to nut it off to remove the old fixtures.. looked more closely this afternoon only had 3 wires coming into the 4x4 box a yellow, orange and brown. scratched my head wheres the gray and green how in the earth did the old lights work? follow the conduit to the next 4x4 box.. holy cow amazing nobody was killed and how it passed inspection is beyond comprehension, some county inspector got their hand greased...or is seriously color blind....

opened up the breaker panel @MontyJ should love these photos...a electricians worst nightmare.
for you non-electricians out there this tag says that it's an 277/480 volt 3 phase 225 amp panel.....high voltage
photo 4.JPG

every wire in there is incorrect, except for the yellow in the middle photo that runs to the office area and yes is a yellow, gray and green wire running to it.
all the rest of the wires are for 120/220 voltage..

photo 2.JPG

the brown wire was not even hooked up
photo 5.JPG

so now have to back peddle and rewire the whole panel to the all of it locations before moving forward on the buildings lighting....

on a very happy note home for the weekend..
