Your boss is a very lucky guy to have you handling all the renovations Major. You must surely save him a lot of serious headaches.

And now I'm even more thankful that I garden for a living.

@Smart Red ...... yes love a good challenge have to say that this project is one of the more straight forward ones that he has thrown me into in the past... yes i know deep down inside me he will come up with something to throw a wrench into the plans...he always does!!!!!!! grrrrrrrr :he

@thistlebloom .... as for the renovations, can do almost everything , till it requires a permit once it does i wash my hands of it... now for the " save him a lot of serious headaches" thats a true statement since i am covered as a "in house" maintenance. that way he does not have pay contractor prices.
as for "serious headaches" :ranti end up with those, wonder why my hair is turning gray.....grrrrr

come on powerball the major wants to retire.... "my pipe dream"

now need to edit my earlier post . "damn going to have to rewire the whole building" it's only one half of the buildings wiring for the lighting and some other wiring in the other half...

Well here's a way to start the day got to work my 2 brother temps showed up, 2 other temps showed up. Put everyone to work. Had to run to lowes, back in 30 mins drove into the parking lot at work and saw that one of the temps cars was turned around and the trunk opened walked into the building and noticed a roll of 6/0 wire at the door.
Asked why it was there the temp said there were moving to sweep up that area....red flag!!!!!!
I put it back in the pile, after lunch went to get the paint for tomorrow got back both of the new temps gone, unloaded the paint and walked around found more 12ga wire hidden in a bathroom.....red flag
Walk more found 3 doors unlocked...red flag
Not like I don't walk the building checking doors at the end of the day.....
If he shows up tomorrow he will have his walking papers waiting.....I hate a thief
