My husband was out riding his bike, saw this and said "Mary would like it". He knows me so well. Elderly man said it was from Smith n Hawkins and that he'd had it for years. It was free! Made out of heavy metal.

Leave it as is. Had a screw missing but my husband bought one. I think I'll use it for my hose that's in the front.

Hahaha I would do it if she wanted, I have painted many many things to bring their beauty out....but I agree with Mary, the look of it as is, is pretty great, I wouldn't change it either!
