I drink it anytime. Thus far, it doesn't seem to bother me or my sleep.

I guess I'm in the minority. Coffee doesn't keep me awake. Whether or not I drink coffee or when I drink it doesn't affect my sleep one way or another except that if I drink a cup or two just before bed I'll have to get up to pee.

Hoodat said it... that is me, exactly! Only have to get up to pee. Not kept awake. I probably can drink a pot a day. I know, it is a bad habit.

Marshall, jasmine pearl tea is tea made from green tea leaves and jasmine blossoms. Both are rolled by hand into a tiny ball, slightly smaller than a pea. Because of this time consuming labor, it is very expensive. Usually around $78 a lb. A pound lasts me about 5-6 months. Rishi is perhaps the most expensive brand but Numi comes in pretty close. It is also much cheaper and this is what I get on Amazon. I've been drinking this for years and now everything else doesn't compare. I can't remember how I discovered it.

I just had some chocolate protein powder as a hot chocolate. Pretty good with a little creamer.


NinnyMary, next time I get into Ukiah I'll check the coop whole foods store to see if they have that. I had some regular Jasmine tea today which is pretty good regular tea, I think a kind of green tea.

Do you know which species of Jasmine flowers they use in that jasmine pearl tea?

They say 3 cups a day will help prevent dementia, so maybe not so bad a habit afterall!
