I raised purple sweet potatoes one year, along with the orange ones. I cubed some up, sautéed in a skillet so they wouldn’t turn to mush. I added grated orange zest, orange sections, and the juice. Some pecans, brown sugar and melted butter to make a tasty and beautiful casserole for Christmas dinner.
Thanks! First things, first...As soon as possible I have two russets that sprouted that have a date with an big pot to try growing this winter indoors. @baymule, eldest DD has trained me to NEVER say, "I have no pain." Otherwise I won't get refills on pain meds!
BUT, there are times when there IS no pain, thankfully.
Now that I have surpassed the 120 degree bend threshold I am working towards 130 degrees bend.
This afternoon I have scheduled working hard at PT exercises. Next appt with PT is Friday.
I Don't want the PT's to cut me loose too soon. Both of them Know my circumstances and I much more dedicated to get my left leg in the best shape possible prior to mid year 2025 replacement surgery, and it that means wearing out whatever cartilage is left--"left" is a pun for Left Knee"--so.be.it.
I was doing that with the right knee a few weeks before that surgery and it didn't change anything for the worse.
Now we know just how much your knee surgery means to you. No dollar amount can put a price on wellness and mobility and a better life.
These parts are always interchangeable to fit the needs of a patient . Success is only a few weeks away until you’re back in business living your best life.
My knee replacement surgery was life changing. No more 24-7 pain. I lurched around like a drunk. Pain woke me up at night. It never stopped. I can do anything I want now and it’s fantabulous!
