Carol brings up a good point, are hand written letters a thing of the past? I can remember going into a store and spending time picking out stationary, now I don't remember last time I wrote a letter. Not counting a card with a line or 2

There is a dollar store near, their cards are 2 for a dollar, I stock up.
But, but it doesn't say Hallmark. Don't you care? It won't carry the same intent. Just yanking your chain. Why I don't send cards, waste of money-although does help economy and PO.

One of my pet peeves is getting Christmas cards where the person just signed the card. When I bake a gift at Christmas, I enclose a Christmas card and write a paragraph telling the person how much they mean to me. I think the receiver would much rather get that than a card just signed by me.
