I don't think dating is always a precursor to marriage, I know many people with no desire to marry that date. Sometimes it is just about sex and there is nothing wrong with that.

I know a couple of women (both in the 45-55 yr old group) who - each with separate groups - went out with a group of friends and all got tattoos... The bizarre thing about it was the attitude "Yeah, me and a bunch of friends from work are all going to go get hedgehogs tattooed on our ankles Saturday, isn't that fun?" Just like I would say "Yeah, me and a bunch of friends are going out for lunch and then a little shopping, isn't that fun?"
I can't imagine wanting ANYTHING from my coworkers stuck with me for the rest of my life.. I try to forget everything about this place the moment I pull out of the gate.

Amen to that, Cane! Collective insanity, I call it. Folks with lives so unfulfilled that they are always looking for that new thing, that new fad, even to putting a permanent fad on their bodies.

Get a new hairdo, color it pink if ya gotta, but etching something painfully into your body that will require painful removal if you change your mind? Not a wise choice.

I like Tattoos yet don't have any. If I ever get over the fear of pain I would get MOM (small letters) under my heart.

A good friend who had been a merchant marine through WWII had a tat on his arm that told, he had gotten it when he thought the war might never end and he wouldn't outlast it~he's gone now~God Love him```

I have seen young girls and boys~ with tattoos/scaring that say~ I dove down under the **** and here are my colors~all over my arms and back~up the side of my neck~promising there are some in private parts```

It says to the Christian Culture: I have been places, dirty places and made friends as dogs make friends```

We don't have to say it out loud~we're told not to~but~that's what we think```
