You are already doing great if you can squat with weight on! Good for you. That exercise getting up from the floor takes a lot of core strength which I thought I had but apparently not. :(

Maybe I better start working on core too. I think I need to whittle my core down to a liftable size and all the other parts attached. :)

My core is my achilles heal! No matter what I do that belly is still there. Gain a pound or two and guess where it goes? I always say you can't see my abs because of the fat. :p

I'm looking forward to snow. Not yet though, I'm thinking a little after Thanksgiving would be nice so I can earn a few more dollars. ;)

This is my winter exercise, such a lot of fun and as good a workout for me as my old running routine was, which is no longer possible.

Well it certainly could be pulled by dogs...if one had a dog trained to pull, ahem... I do have a book on training freight dogs, and I was very gung-ho about training Larka. But the time just gets away from me and nobody is here to hold me accountable for these things, so they just don't get done.

How embarrassing.
