Supposed to be dropping in temps here along about Thursday. We are dry, dry, dry here...just a fire waiting to happen.

last week we had a couple nice cool days, but the temps have jumped right back up, it's 86* w/ 65% humidity.. the 7 day is calling for mid 80's all next week...
we will probably just from summer to winter....

The frost a few days ago resulted in several neighborhood trees with their fall colors.

Yesterday afternoon, there was strong winds. The dry conditions and wind must have been very taxing on the trees still green.

In a week or so, wind like that will blow some trees bare of leaves.

looks like fall might be finally here :fl. the last two days and nights we have had all the windows open low 70's day and upper 40's to low 50's at night for the next 15 days...we will be very thankful when the power bill comes.. it was chilly this morning heading off to work, had to turn the heat on in the truck...
