That's funny! But it seems to be typical of wealthy folks.
Friday I was working at one of my big jobs, where my clients come for 3 months and move on to the next mansion for another 3 month stay, when a lady and her husband come walking around the corner looking for the firewood stack. Apparently my clients told their neighbors they could have it all.
This firewood came with the property and was there when I started working there over 4 years ago. It is covered with fallen fir needles, and the sprinklers hit it regularly. So you get the picture.... Anyway, I thought it was amusing that people who could buy a couple of cords of good wood, and have it delivered and stacked for what they probably spend on a night out, would even be interested in that pile of decomposing moldering wood. But free is so irresistible!!
