Guess what?? Got another~bigger~ load of manure tonight!!! :weee :celebrate :ya Praising God over that all evening long!

Got the rest of the garden covered, got some placed along the drip lines of 4 of the apple trees that need it the most...the other 4 trees may not get any because I don't really enjoy that variety..no taste at all. :sick

And I have a huge pile under a large tarp left over for side dressing and anything else I need it for this season. PLENTY of poop for my needs!!! I have never had that before in my whole life and it feels like having money in the bank, I tell ya. :D

Can't wait for tomatoes... Dreaming about making salsa :)

This week I consumed my final jar of summer salsa.... :( I'm planting a scad of Roma tomatoes this year and will make even more salsa, as I thought I had made enough...but after family predation and my occasional craving for it, I didn't have near enough to take me to summer harvest.

Also planting more cilantro and jalapenos, as I found they are horribly expensive to buy if you run out and have to buy from the store in quantities enough to make salsa.

beekissed, I've run out of salsa also. This year I planted a San Marzano paste tomatoe because numerous people on here rave about it. I always make my salsa with a medley of heirloom tomatoes so this year will be the first time I will add a paste to the mix. I've planted more jalapenos also.
