A city man moved to a farm and to be neighborly a local farmer gave him a dozen fertile eggs to hatch. A few weeks later the farmer met him in town and asked how he did with the eggs.
"None of them hatched"
"Ï don't understand that. I know those eggs were good"
The city man said, "Maybe I planted them too deep".

That's so funny! We had a half grown cat one year at Christmas, wound up tying the tree to the drapery rod to keep it from falling over. Took all the glass balls off and put on unbreakable ornaments. She particularly loved the garland and tinsel and every evening when we came home from work, they were in the floor. Our Christmas that year was better for having her demolish the tree every day.
