Garden humor thread..

Now, whenEVER the driving is dicey I STAY HOME!

Ditto here!! I'm too old for bad weather driving. I have many winters of experience, and an AWD vehicle with 4 good snow tires, but quick reflexes, sharp eyesight, and nerves of steel are the province of younger drivers.

I Used to see cars in the ditch and feel sorry for the drivers.
Not.any.more.
Now, when some yahoo has to pass me and the car in front of me when the weather is dicey, I figure that they have a date with a ditch, and hope that they might collide with a power pole and not kill somebody else driving in the other direction.
Heck, snowing bad Thursday evening and some fool passes us on the right (2 lanes bc of interstate exit ramp), to dart ahead of us to the next left hand turn lane.
DH has no appointments tomorrow, and I asked him to stay home so he wouldn't be on the road with the ice we are expected to have.

Driving too fast in adverse conditions is a judgement call based on skills and type & condition of vehicle. IF a driver is afraid of conditions, unless an emergency, stay home. Hate it when someone is driving way below speed limit with string of vehicles behind them. In Indiana, 3 vehicles behind you law states get out of way-unfortunately not enforced as isn’t driving in left hand lane.

i trust my own skills and reactions but i certainly do not trust others until they can demonstrate it (by keeping their vehicles in the right lanes, under control, etc.).
I came too the conclusion that It's lucky for everyone in the world that I don't dive 🚗 edit, or drive for that matter
