But Mary slaughtered it quite young, Cause she did not like mutton. Mary had a little ewe Half Texel, half Merino, She milked it and she made some cheese, Since she like Pecorino Mary had an adult sheep, She brushed it nights and morns Becuase it was a Jacob's ram, She polished its four horns. May had a little lamb it grew into a hogget, It's now too old to sell for meat, So Mary wants to flog* it. *besides "to whip" "flog" is British slang for selling something, usually quickly.
